Booking & Payments

How do I book a campervan?

You can book directly through our website. Choose your dates, select your camper, and complete the booking form. We shall call you back within 1 business day to take some further information from you and secure your booking.

Is there a minimum hire period?

Yes — we have a 3‑night minimum hire.

How much is the daily hire rate?

Our campervans start from £100 per day, depending on the model and season.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A booking deposit is required to secure your dates. A security deposit is also taken before collection and is refunded after the van is returned in the same condition.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit/credit cards via our secure payment system. We do not accept American Express.

Driver Requirements

What age do I need to be to hire a campervan?

Drivers must be 23–75 years old and have held a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years.

Do you need to check my driving licence?

Yes. We carry out a DVLA licence check before hire. You’ll need to provide your licence number and a licence check code * please see Driver requirements and T&C’s further information.

Can I add an additional driver?

Yes — additional drivers may be added. They must meet the same insurance requirements.

Insurance & Breakdown Cover

Is insurance included?

Yes — fully comprehensive insurance is included for the named drivers.

What happens if I break down?

All our vans come with 24/7 AA Breakdown Cover. If anything happens, you’ll be assisted quickly and professionally.

What is the security deposit for?

The deposit covers damage, loss, or insurance excess. It is fully refundable if the van is returned in good condition.

Pick‑Up & Return

Where do I collect the campervan?

Collection can be arranged from our our base in Barry or Cardiff, South Wales.

We offer secure parking for your own vehicle during your holiday as an optional extra from our Barry Collection point only.

What time can I pick up and drop off the van?

Pick‑up and return times will be confirmed in your booking. We aim to be flexible where possible.

Do I need to return the fuel tank full?

Yes — the van must be returned with the same fuel level as when collected.

What’s Included

What comes with the campervan?

All vans include:

  • Fully equipped kitchenette

  • Cooking utensils

  • Plates, cups, and cutlery

  • Sleeping area

  • Heating and lighting

  • Electric hook‑up

  • Water container

  • Cleaning kit

  • Safety equipment (including first aid kit)

Do you provide bedding?

We do not provide bedding.

Is mileage unlimited?

Yes — we offer unlimited mileage on all hires within the UK. In the event you wish to travel outside of the UK, depending upon your destinating, we shall consider an additional charge for mileage.

Pets, Smoking & Rules

Can I bring pets?

Yes — we have pet‑friendly campervans available. Please check the listing for pet‑approved vans.

Is smoking allowed?

No — smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.

Can I travel outside the UK?

Travel within the UK is allowed. Travel outside the UK must be approved in advance.

During Your Trip

What if I damage something?

Please let us know as soon as possible. Minor damage may be deducted from your security deposit.

What if I lose or break kitchen utensils?

All vans include a full kitchen inventory. Any lost or damaged items must be replaced with identical items or will be deducted from your deposit.

What if I need help while travelling?

You can contact us anytime during your hire. We’re here to help.

After Your Trip

When do I get my security deposit back?

Deposits are usually refunded within 3–5 working days after the van is inspected.

Do I need to clean the van before returning it?

Whilst we do charge a cleaning fee to ensure the van is professional cleaned prior to it’s next booking we do ask that the van is returned in a reasonably clean condition.
